This document comprises of a one-page contractual agreement between BL Bathrooms Ltd and [Customer]

In order for BL Bathrooms Ltd to commence works on your Bathroom/Property this contract needs to be agreed by both parties in terms of the scope of works, commencement date & payment terms.

Scope/Sequence of Works
The scope of works is to be agreed by BL Bathrooms and [Customer] prior to any works being undertaken. This will include a detailed plan of the works required, and duration of the project from inception to completion.

2. Quotation
A full detailed quotation is to be provided by BL Bathrooms Ltd to [Customer] on request and will be a fixed price contract for the works agreed by both parties. For any variations to the agreed quotation / scope of works requested by [Customer] they are to be charged as an additional cost to the project. Costs to be agreed upfront by BL Bathrooms Ltd and [Customer]

3. Payment Terms
50% of project value to be paid as a deposit prior to works commencing.
50% of the project value to be paid upon completion of the works in its in entirety
